Strategic Alliance Business Group LLC (SABG) has a proven record of successful contract execution, developing and implementing cost effective, low risk solutions. CAPABILITIES
Facilities, Logistics & Environmental
SAS delivers innovative solutions for the enhancement and sustainment of an organization’s infrastructure and facilities operations. SAS provides prime contractor support for the TEAMS-Next Facilities, Logistics, and Environmental contract at MDA.
Strategic Planning & Communications
SAS provides day-to-day strategic planning management, supporting customer strategies, goals, and objectives to help optimize and strengthen mission operations. Our members serve as the prime and major subcontractor on MDA’s current Strategic Planning contract and receive consistently high customer ratings.
Warfighter Integration Mission Readiness
We provide in-depth mission-relevant solutions to manage risk, ensure tactical support, and foster streamlined operations for seamless mission readiness. SAS provides exceptional support as prime contractor on the current MDA TEAMS-Next Warfighter Operational Integration (WOI) contract.
International Affairs
In addition to a presence on MDA’s International Affairs contract, SAS members are experts at facilitating international transitions, placements, and communications with foreign governments and global organizations.
Program & Project Management
SAS provides a wide range of program and project management services, identifying and managing the issues, requirements, risks, and solutions in projects of varying size and complexity. We bring an agile, risk-averse management structure; qualified, competent staff delivery; and a Customer-centric communications approach.
Acquisition Management
SAS provides a comprehensive acquisition strategy, assisting policy and process development and procurement activities, to support all phases of the acquisition cycle. Our members serve as Prime and major Subcontractor on MDA’s current Acquisition Support contract and have established themselves as experts in the field.
